Series & Combinations
When we started in 1997 by launching porcelain under our own brand, the focus was on compatible individual pieces that either did not exist yet or were offered at overly high prices by the big brands. After about 10 years, the collection of individual items had grown so large that we were able to assemble entire collections.
Although we still ensure that most of the items in our range are compatible with each other and with other brands, cohesive shapes and colors such as Melody, Sinfonie, or reactive glazes like Arena Carbon Coral, Musgo, and others have become well-established in our porcelain brand.
From the success of individual items, design lines emerged that grew rapidly. The Bateau boat shape, the symmetrical YoYo porcelain, the modern design language Teardrops, and the playful Snack-Line, which transforms typical disposable items such as the French fry holder or the Tetra Pack into high-quality feldspar porcelain.
By 2019, when we first reached 4,000 items and ideas, the collection had grown so vast that it was no longer easy to classify in traditional product categories such as mugs, plates, bowls, cups, and dishes. Too many shapes and design lines spread across all product groups, also including a rich assortment of accessories and supplementary items.
For this reason, we created this section "Holst Porzellan with its key series and design lines" to give our customers and consumers an overview of the most striking design languages and the associated articles.
Please consider all of the series and design lines presented as combination suggestions, as of course, all items are also compatible for mixing and matching with many other items from our collection and from external brands.
In one particularly important aspect, the series from Holst Porzellan have a big advantage over many other series providers: All items are available individually in any quantity! This means you always have the option to purchase service items individually or to gradually expand a design line.
