The serving plates of the Albergo series are among the classic porcelain platters, which, due to their flat rim – the edge of the plate – are suitable for both table service and consumption directly in front of the guest. This plate series by Holst Porzellan is fully developed, starting with a small presentation and serving plate of 25 cm and extending to a large 37 cm serving platter. The 37 cm Albergo plate can accommodate the IT 127 draining and drainage grid, ensuring that cooked vegetables like asparagus or fried foods such as breaded items retain their texture and do not become soggy in their own juices. Thanks to the porcelain draining plate, these foods remain crispy and crunchy. The Albergo plates are made from durable professional porcelain with excellent thermal retention properties, ensuring that the served food does not cool quickly.
