Bakeware & oven porcelain sorted by series name
For those familiar with our range, especially our trade partners and resellers, we have compiled the product group -Oven Porcelain- here according to series names. As of now (October 2024), this collection, which focuses on cooking, baking, gratinating, and serving oven-fresh dishes, includes 17 series with around 100 different items.
This makes Holst Porzellan one of the leading suppliers of fire-resistant oven porcelain made from high-quality professional porcelain. The only exception is the Mediterrane series, which is specially manufactured for us in a high-fire process at Roca in Spain. All other series meet the quality standard of ovenproof feldspar porcelain.
All fire-resistant baking dishes, gratin dishes, ramekins, and other items offer the highest hygienic standards, are dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, and suitable for demanding commercial use. The only thing porcelain baking dishes don’t tolerate well is thermal shock, where cold porcelain, especially when filled with cold or frozen food, is placed into a preheated oven — and vice versa. Always preheat your ovenware so that the temperature difference between preparation and cooking is less than 100 °C, or heat your oven, combi-steamer, or salamander slowly and gently. By following these guidelines, you will enjoy long-lasting use of our ovenproof porcelain and benefit from a versatile item for both preparation and serving.
