Handle shapes - Oven porcelain with handles and grips

Amateur cooks, especially in the private sector, are very fond of baking pans, casserole dishes, and oven porcelain with handles because they greatly simplify handling during preparation and in the oven. That is why we have compiled in this section the oven-safe porcelain that features a "Laffe." The term "Laffe" refers to a handle-like extension of a porcelain body that serves the function of a grip. It is important to note that the Laffe - thus the grip - is produced in one piece with the porcelain body. This ensures that a Laffe from a baking pan or other oven porcelain can never wobble or come loose.

Since the body and the Laffe are made from a single piece, optimal temperature resistance is guaranteed, and there are no different expansions as seen with pans or roasters with a bolted handle. In this section, you will find both rectangular baking pans and round, flat baking and roasting trays, egg pans, and the classic crème brûlée. All are oven-safe, microwave-compatible, and perfectly suited for gratinating in salamanders and combi-steamers - just like all our baking and roasting items made from professional porcelain.
