This section is dedicated to those unfamiliar with our range, showcasing the collection of baking dishes and oven porcelain based on their primary uses and functions. We have focused solely on the most well-known uses. Specialties and particularities of different countries and cuisines, such as Greek moussaka, Spanish tortilla, or Italian risotto, have not been differentiated here. You will find some serving suggestions in our food-inspired presentations.

As of October 2024, this collection centered around cooking, baking, gratinating, and serving freshly baked dishes consists of 17 series with a total of 74 different items. This makes Holst Porzellan one of the leading suppliers of fireproof oven porcelain made from high-quality professional porcelain. The only exception is the Mediterrano series, which is specially produced for us in a high-firing version by Roca in Spain. All other series adhere to the quality standards of fireproof feldspar porcelain.

All fireproof baking dishes, gratin dishes, ramekins, and other items boast superior hygienic properties, are dishwasher-safe, microwave-compatible, and are designed for demanding professional use. The only thing porcelain baking dishes do not tolerate is thermal shock, where cold porcelain, possibly still filled with cold or frozen food, is placed in a preheated oven, or vice versa. Always preheat any oven dish so that the temperature difference between portioning and cooking is less than 100 °C, or gradually and gently increase the temperature of the oven, combi-steamer, or salamander. By doing so, you will enjoy our oven-safe porcelain for a long time, benefitting from its combination of preparation and serving functionality.
