Porcelain-made citrus juicers and juice squeezers are ideal for hand-squeezing all citrus fruits, including oranges, lemons, grapefruit and many more. While they are not designed for large-scale citrus juice production, they are perfect for harvesting orange juice, lemon juice or grapefruit juice in portions. While their commercial properties are not dominant, they are nevertheless particularly popular in kitchens and patisseries due to their hygienic stability and the advantage of quick and easy cleaning.
It is true that such hand juicers are more suited to amateur chefs or private households who want to quickly squeeze a portion of juice. Although porcelain is a durable material and the external appearance of a porcelain juicer is certainly attractive, these professional porcelain kitchen gadgets are unfortunately slowly but surely being replaced. The decision of whether we at Holst Porzellan will reissue these handmade unique pieces will ultimately be based on consumer demand. At the moment, the survival of these white kitchen utensils after the current production has been sold off is uncertain.
