Baking Dishes
Porcelain items are subject to particularly rigorous conditions of use in the context of baking dishes and ovenproof crockery. In the case of pizza ovens, oven dishes must withstand temperatures of up to 350 °C, withstand the occasional knock in the dishwasher and carry substantial loads when five, ten or fifteen oven dishes are stacked on top of each other. And of course, the oven dishes must also be aesthetically pleasing. Professionals are aware that not all products labelled "baking dish" are actually suitable for baking.
Holst's white fire and ovenproof casserole dishes and baking dishes are made of specially reinforced porcelain, which is particularly suitable for the thermal stresses of continuous use. Our range of oval and rectangular casserole dishes and baking dishes covers the entire size spectrum, from portion shapes to large casserole dishes for 4 to 6 people. We offer both smooth-walled Gutshoffform and flame-relief Toscana options, ideal for Mediterranean cuisine. Our Marrone brown baking tins are suitable for use up to 250 °C.
